Member Automated Telephone Service Announcement
We are sorry to inform you that as of 2nd April 2021, we will no longer be able to offer our Automated Telephone Service (MATS).
As we improve our telephone system, unfortunately, MATS will be discontinued. However, our new telephone system will allow us to provide an improved service to you, our members.
If you have ever used our telephone service, we would like to ensure you that you are able to carry out the same processes of our telephone service through our other channels.
Within our mobile app, you can check your balance, update your details, make withdrawals, withdraw from your revolving credit account and apply for loans. Using our online member’s area, you are able to do all of the above as well as change your payment amount and request the settlement of your loan account.
