27 Nov COVID Update
To comply with recent restrictions we will be reducing the number of staff working from our main office. As a result of this, our main office phone line will become very busy and members may find it hard to get through. We have created a new account enquiry telephone line to deal with increased phone calls. To combat the increased phone calls and reduced staff we encourage members to email their enquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org, our home working staff will be prioritising replying to your emails.
Our new account enquiry phone number is 0141 553 1318. We encourage all members who have any of the following questions to contact this number going forward; account balances, share withdrawal enquiries, general account enquiries and any further questions. Our phone line hours are 9:30am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.
To allow our vulnerable customers and those who are not able to use our online services the opportunity to contact us by telephone when needed, we ask all other members to use our online services to contact us when possible.
