Our Survey Says…
At 1st Class Credit Union, we’re always trying to improve our services and products for our members. That’s why we invited our members to complete a recent satisfaction survey, and thanks to you, we’ve been able to listen to your thoughts, and improve wherever we can.

We were delighted to hear that 92% of the 1,100+ respondents to our survey are happy with the service they’ve received from their credit union. We’re always working hard to deliver excellent service to our members, and hearing that we’re doing a good job makes it all worthwhile.
